KINGS REGIMENT ASSOCIATION LIVERPOOL BRANCH

Served in the King's Regiment and Duke of Lancaster's Regiment and want to meet old friends and comrades.

Who can join?

The Branch is open to any serving or former member of the King's Regiment, the Manchester or the King's Regiment (Liverpool) Duke of Lancaster's Regiment and its predecessor regiments. This includes TA and volunteer battalions. There are branches in Manchester, Knowsley, Preston and Ashton under Lyne. The new Association has branches throughout the North West.

The Branch forms part of the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment Association and as such exists to foster the esprit de corps, comradeship and welfare of the new Regiment.

Freedom of City Parade. Branch forms part of No 4 Guard

The Branch organises a variety of events and functions throughout the year and is always happy to take on new ideas to add to the programme.

Peter's brother Mike has asked that the following information be passed to on and to say that all are welcome.

Funeral Service on Tuesday 25th November at 1030hrs at The Chapel, Blackley Cemetery, Blackley M9 8JP followed by Interment at the Cemetery.

All are welcome to the Hapurhey Conservative Club afterwards, which is close to the Bernard Manning Club, M9 4BP

The family have requested no flowers but donations are welcome to Christies and Royal British Legion, to be sent to Michael Kennedy Funeral Directors, The Ferns, 1065 Rochdale Road, Blackley, M9 8AJ or through me, Tony Hollingsworth, at the City HQ's in Liverpool.
